Low hawksbeard, modoc hawksbeard(Crepis modocensis)

Low Hawksbeard is a perennial dandelion-like plant. It has a long taproot and it grows 10 to 30 cm in height. Its yellow head usually have 10 to 60 ray flowers. It can be found in dry rocky areas, usually with rigid sagebrush.
